How it is given

A dropper into juice or water, once a day, for a short seasonal course rather than a permanent habit. No alcohol, no sugar. Children often dislike the taste of black walnut, so mix it into something with flavour.

Who it is for

Ages 4 and up — including the teenager in the house, at the adult dose on the label. Not for children on medication, or under 4, without a paediatrician's go-ahead.
